Arrests
  • Aaron Herman Boswell, age 29, of Old Wagy Rd. in Forest City, was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and also served with a criminal summons for simple assault. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Angelica Dawn Ruppe, age 26, of Country Meadows Ln. in Ellenboro, was cited for second degree trespassing. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Amber Michelle Whitaker Carpenter, age 24, of Dimsdale Dr. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. She received a $10,000 unsecured bond.
  • Jason Heath Taylor, age 41, of Delta St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $435 secured bond.
  • Grover Gray Bradshaw Jr., age 61, of US 64 East in Rutherfordton, was arrested for assault on a female and larceny. He received a 48 hour hold.
  • Cassidy Michelle Piercy, age 30, of Old US 74 Hwy in Bostic, was arrested for assault. She received a 48 hour hold.
  • Gerry Charles Kirby, age 51, of Trailwood Dr. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
