Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of attempting to obtain property by false pretenses and resisting a public officer. (See arrests of Bourne and Reeves)
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana, driving while license revoked and possession of drug paraphernalia. (See arrest of Kimbrell)
• An employee of Drop In #3 reported an incident of forgery/counterfeiting.

Arrests

• Vincent Christopher Bourne, age 34, of Forest Brook Dr. in Charlotte, was arrested for obtain property by false pretenses and resisting a public officer. He received $15,000 secured bond.
• Hayden Briant Kimbrell, age 25, of McArthur St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of marijuana, driving while license revoked and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received $1,000 secured bond.
• Anthony Joseph Leming, age 59, of Old Caroleen Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for DWI, open container and driving while license revoked. He received $2,000 secured bond.
• Cory Michael Logan Tavernia, age 26, of Summey St. in Spindale, was arrested on two counts of failure to appear. He received $6,000 secured bond.
• Cortez Shaeron Reeves, age 24, of Lynn St. in Charlotte, was arrested for obtain property by false pretenses and driving while licenses revoked. He received $11,500 secured bond.
