Arrests
- Terry Lee Bunch II, age 35, of Old Caroleen Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $500 secured bond.
- Bryan Wayne Bowen, age 41, of Sunnyside Dr. in Forest City, was arrested driving while impaired, driving while license revoked, driving left of center and also served with a criminal summons for assault on a female. He received a written promise to appear.
- Hayden Nathaniel Roland, age 18, of Groce St. in Forest City, was arrested for damage to property. He received a $900 secured bond.
- Jordan Ray Berry, age 24, of Fairfax Dr. in Ellenboro, was served with a criminal summons for assault on a female. No bond.
- Maurice Lynn Summerville, age 49, of Michigan, was cited for possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
- Wendy Ann Potter, age 41, of Morning Star Lake Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for larceny and second degree trespassing. She received a $500 secured bond.
- Mark Anthony Stafford, age 43, of US 64 Hwy. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for larceny and second degree trespassing. He received a $500 secured bond.
- Carol Jean Davis, age 57, of Whiteside Rd. in Rutherfordton, was cited for larceny and also served with a criminal summons for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
