Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of found property.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of DWI and no operator's license. (See arrest of Hernandez)
• Shawn Moore reported an incident found property.
• Robin Byers reported an incident of credit card fraud.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of damage to property.

Arrests

• Jeffery Matthew Green, age 28, of Johnson Street in Spindale, was served with a criminal summons for larceny. No bond.
• Jorge Luis Hernandez, age 27, of Guffey Road in Forest City, was arrested for DWI and no operator's license. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
• Ezekil Lee Suber, age 16, of Hill Street in Forest City, was arrested on a true bill of indictment from Catawba County. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
