Incidents

• An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny. (See arrest of Logan)
• An employee of Smith Drugs reported an incident of larceny.
• David Brown reported an incident of fraud, credit card fraud and larceny of a credit card.
• Hugo Chavez reported an incident of fraud.
• Dorothy Kelly reported an incident of breaking and entering and larceny.
• Amy Stafford reported an incident of assault on a female. (See arrest of Ingram)

Arrests

• Chad Eugene Logan, age 31, of Rock Road in Rutherfordton, was arrested for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
• Willie Charles Ingram, age 55, of Millview Street in Forest City, was arrested for assault on a female. He received a 48 hour hold.
