Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of second degree trespassing, possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of resisting a public officer and disorderly conduct.
• An employee of Burn's Chevrolet reported an incident of larceny of a motor vehicle.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of using profane language on a public street and resisting a public officer.
• Donnis Head reported an incident of credit card fraud.

Arrests

• James Stanley Hopper, age 35, of Oakland Rd. in Spindale, was arrested for resisting a public officer and disorderly conduct. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
• Missy Danielle Couch, age 29, of Hardin Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for using profane language on a public street and resisting a public officer. She received a $2,000 secured bond.
