Incidents
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of second degree sexual exploitation.
  • An employee of Ingles reported an incident of larceny.

Arrests
  • Candice Haley Lewis, age 24, of Cove Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $500 secured bond.
  • James Davis Melton, Jr., age 29, of Poplar St. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons. No bond.
  • Anthony Koshun Hughes, age 42, of Oscar Justice Rd. in Rutherfordton, was cited for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Elesa Eldora Hill, age 59, of Leach Rd. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
