  • Jessica K Greene, age 30, of W. Main St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $2,000 secured bond.
  • James Lee Barbee, age 35, of Heritage Ave. in Marion, was arrested for possession of schedule II, possession of schedule I, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license revoked. He received a $16,500 secured bond.
  • Gabriel Gene Hopper, age 44, of S. Church St. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons. No bond.
