  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of found property.
  • Dan Padgett reported an incident of larceny.
  • An employee of Forest City Dunbar Elementary School reported an incident of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle with larceny.
  • An employee of Child Care Quest reported an incident of breaking and entering and breaking and entering into a motor vehicle.

Arrests
  • James Warren Jumper, age 45, of Old Stonecutter Rd. in Rutherfordton, was served with a criminal summons for a worthless check. No bond.
