Incidents

• Chad Day reported an incident of larceny.
• Alessandro Sardone reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of driving while impaired and failure to stop at a stop sign.
• Jeanette Darby reported an incident of identity fraud.

Arrests

• William David Scott, age 51, of S. Broadway St. in Forest City, was arrested for of driving while impaired and failure to stop at a stop sign. He received a custody release.
• Jana Marie Johnson, age 45, of US Hwy 221S in Rutherfordton, was served with a criminal summons for violation of school attendance law violation. No bond.
