Incidents

• An employee of Auto Zone reported an incident of found property.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of drug paraphernalia and second degree trespassing.

Arrests

• Prema Jyoti Benson, age 38, of Davis Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for being drunk and disruptive. He received a $3,000 secured bond.
• Shawn Patrick James, age 29, of Littlejohn Circle in Shelby, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and second degree trespassing. He received a written promise to appear.
