Incidents
  • Tommy Tipton reported an incident of larceny of a motor vehicle.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of forgery of securities.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of driving while impaired.
  • John Stacey reported an incident of larceny.
  • Walter Mosley reported an incident of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle with larceny.

Arrests
  • Robert Daniel Wintle, age 41, of Short Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested on a warrant for larceny and also charged with possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $30,000 secured bond.
  • Lisa Marie Austin, age 36, of Holly Forest Dr. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for driving while impaired. She received a written promise to appear.
