Arrests
  • George Randall Camp, age 29, of Piney Ridge Rd .in Ellenboro, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • David William Camp, age 26, of Utah St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $3,500 secured bond.
  • Timothy Ray Dickey, age 40, of Sunset Dr. in Forest City, was cited for violation of city ordinance for restraint of animals. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Brian Keith Jackson, age 52, of Cobra Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for violation of a valid protective order. He received a 48 hour hold.
  • Amber Nichole Sommerfeldt, age 21, of Maple creek Rd. in Rutherfordton, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Jeremy Keith Weeks, age 18, of Windy Hill Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for resisting a public officer. He received a custody release.
  • Jason Troy Mothershead, age 32, of Davie Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for second degree trespassing. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • Moesha Desha Carson, age 23, of Westhaven St. in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for two counts of common law robbery and also charged with two counts of possession of schedule II controlled substance. She received a $71,000 secured bond.
  • Jodeci Okeith Foster, age 27, of Hamilton St. in Forest City, was arrested on a child support warrant and also charged with possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI, felony possession of schedule II, maintaining a dwelling for controlled substances and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $62,000 secured bond.
  • Savanna Presley Richard, age 18, of Lynch St. in Rutherfordton, was cited for possession of marijuana. She received a written promise to appear.
