Incidents
  • Kelly Wilcox reported an incident of larceny from a motor vehicle.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of breaking and entering, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • An employee of Home Décor and More reported an incident of attempted breaking and entering.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana.

Arrests
  • Greta Jean Phillips Lockett, age 50, of Palms Way in Forest City, was arrested for breaking and entering, damage to property, larceny, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $7,500 secured bond.
  • Eric Davis, age 23, of S. Magnolia St. in Forest City, was cited for possession of marijuana. He received a written promise to appear.
