Arrests
  • Adrienne Lee Morrissey, age 31, of Boss Moore Rd. in Mooresboro, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Michael Douglas Hartford, age 36, of Fairview, NC, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $10,000 secured bond.
  • Anthony Hunter Swink, age 25, of Pebblestone Lane in Rutherfordton, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and also charged with possession of methamphetamine. He received a $5,350 secured bond.
  • Nickie Fowler Moore, age 29, of Centennial Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $10,000 secured bond.
  • Joshua Kyle Lawter, age 34, of Polk County Line Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $1,500 secured bond.
