  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of found property.
  • Shayana Koone reported an incident of assault with a deadly weapon.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • An employee of Mighty Dollar reported an incident of second degree trespassing.
  • An employee of Domino's reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses.
  • Thomas Dewberry reported an incident of larceny of a tag.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of discharging a firearm inside of the city limits and possession of marijuana.

Arrests
  • Tra Klinton Fanroy, age 42, of Astrid Lane in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to pay child support. He received a $100 secured bond.
  • William Troy West, age 26, of E. Mountain St. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on a warrant for assault on a female. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • David Doran Satterwhite, age 38, of Virginia, was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon and hit and run. He received a $3,000 secured bond.
  • Kenneth Paul Holland, age 38, of Oregon, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • Jessica Nicole Bridges, age 27, of Shelby, NC, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $3,000 secured bond.
  • Timothy Dale Vise, age 17, of Springfield Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for obtaining property by false pretenses. He received a custody release.
  • Chancellor Omarion Hawkins, age 16, of Collins Ave. in Forest City, was arrested for obtaining property by false pretenses. He received a custody release.
  • Shawn Patrick James, Jr., age 29, of Shelby, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • Daveion Markez Flack, age 27, of Seitz Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and also charged with driving while license revoked and no insurance. He received a $$2,500 secured bond.
  • Tabitha Rene Trudale, age 23, of US Hwy 221 in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for failure to appear and communicating threats. She received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
  • Dylan Matthew Terry, age 20, of Greenfield Dr. in Forest City, was cited for discharging a firearm inside of the city limits and possession of marijuana. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Randy Harrison Pruett, age 33, of Poors Ford Rd. in Rutherfordton, was served with a criminal summons for larceny. No bond.
  • Jordan Bree Baker, age 22, of Poors Ford Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for driving while impaired and speeding. She received a written promise to appear.
