Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of second degree trespassing and failure to appear.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of a narcotic violation.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests

• April Leann Hayes, age 27, of Shelby, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $10,000 secured bond.
• Emily Nicole Cogdell, age 23, of Lake St. in Forest City, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a written promise to appear.
• Keanthony Daniel Surratt, age 22, of Dedmond Rd. in Mooresboro, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
