Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of assault with a deadly weapon and damage to property.
• Kalin Goossens reported an incident of larceny.
• An employee of the Town of Forest City reported an incident of found property.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine, possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests

• Andres Elias Guijoza, age 37, of Rollins St. in Forest City, was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon and damage to property. He received a $5,000 unsecured bond.
• Michael Wane Smith, age 44, of Rollins St. in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for five counts of failure to appear. He received a $5,500 secured bond.
