Incidents
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI.
  • An employee of Palmetto Storage reported eighty-six incidents of breaking and entering with larceny.
  • Patricia Knight reported an incident of damage to property.

Arrests
  • Gabriel Jean Hopper, age 44, of S. Church St. in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for resisting a public officer, communicating threats and served with a criminal summons for communicating threats. He received a $2,000 secured bond.
  • Akeil Kelis Omar Franklin, age 18, of Hill St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI. He received a $15,000 secured bond.
  • James Colby Smith, age 25, of Candace Dr. in Union Mills, was served with a criminal summons. No bond.
