Incidents
  • An employee of Duffie's Copier Consultants reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses.
  • An employee of Sheds Direct reported an incident of embezzlement.

Arrests
  • Rachel Brook Byrd, age 40, of Spindale, was arrested on a warrant for larceny. She received a $4,000 secured bond.
  • Christopher Taylor King, age 26, of Bentwood Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • Lauren Michelle Pilgrim, age 34, of Florence St. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons. No bond.
  • Delores Johnson Twitty, age 45, of Oscar Justice Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $500 secured bond.
