Incidents
  • An employee of West Main Trading Post reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine, possession of schedule VI, possession of schedule IV, possession of drug paraphernalia, and service of a criminal summons.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of fictitious tag, no operator's license and resist, obstruct and/or delay an officer.

Arrests
  • Erika Alexandria Lowe, age 30, of Robinhood Dr. in Forest City, was cited for possession of schedule VI and possession of schedule IV. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Waylon Christopher Flynn, age 40, of Happy Lane in Rutherfordton, was served with a criminal summons. No bond.
  • Timothy Edward Sartin, age 49, of Whitesides Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for fictitious tag, no operator's license and resist, obstruct and/or delay an officer. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
