  • .An employee of D K Cars of Forest City reported larceny of a motor vehicle.
  • An employee of Dollar General reported shoplifting.

Arrests

  • Joshua Aaron Lawing, age 41, of Deer View Rd in Rutherfordton, was arrested for Resist obstruct delay. He received a $5000 secured bond.
  • Edward Louis Williamson, age 20, of Hamilton St in Forest City, was cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
