  • An employee of Walmart reported an incident of shoplifting.

Arrest

  • Rahkim Tashiem Franklin, age 26, of Hill St in Forest City, was arrested for False Report to the Police. He received a $5000 unsecured bond.
  • Bethanne Zachman, age 42, of Harmon St in Forest City, was arrested for Possession of Schedule II, and Possession of Schedule IV. She received a $1000 secured bond.
  • Eva Agnes Barnes, age 29, of Hill St in Forest City, was arrested for Failure to Appear. She received no bond.
  • Khali Nafes Jenkins-Stephens, age 25, of W 4th St in Gastonia, was served with Assault on a Female. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Jose Jimenez, age 18, of Hardin Rd of Forest City, was arrested for Failure to Appear. He received a $250 secured bond.
  • Charles ray Cogdell, of 25, of Brooks Lake Rd in Rutherfordton, was cited for shoplifting. He received a written promise to appear.
