  • An employee of the Dollar General reported Larceny.
  • An employee of the NC Department of Public Safety reported damage to property.

Arrest

  • Rigoberto Quintino Torres, age 30, of Pennsylvania Ave in Spindale, was arrested for DWI. He received a $1500 secured bond.
  • Alexis Nichole Hamrick, age 24, of maple St in Rutherfordton, was arrested for Failure to Comply. She received a $750 secured bond.
  • Paul McCarter Felder, age 39, of Admiral Ave in Charlotte, was cited for Larceny & DWLR. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Leonard James Maxwell, age 59, of Orchard St in Forest City, was arrested for Failure to Comply. He received a $260 secured bond.
