Incidents

• Carol McHenry reported an incident of larceny.
• Lisa Adkins reported an incident of a missing person.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of driving while impaired.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of driving while impaired, possession of schedule IV, possession of schedule V and hit and run.
• Katie Walker reported an incident of breaking and entering.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine, possession of schedule VI, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license revoked.

Arrests

• Kathy Diane Davis, age 59, of W. Main St. in Forest City, was arrested for driving while impaired. She received a custody release.
• Zachery Daniel Searcy, age 32, of Aqua Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for driving while impaired, possession of schedule IV, possession of schedule V and hit and run. He received a custody release.
• Dakota Graham Jenkins, age 21, of Shelby, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of schedule VI, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license revoked. He received a $15,000 unsecured bond.
• Megan Leigh Lussier, age 26, of S. Magnolia St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $250 secured bond.
• Larry Abrams, age 46, of Duncan St. in Spindale, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a written promise to appear.
• James Thomas McMurray II, age 47, of S. Church St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $500 secured bond.
• Rosie Marie McCombs, age 58, of Sugar Hill Rd. in Forest City, was cited for hit and run and resisting arrest. She received a written promise to appear.
