Arrests
  • Nicole Buchanan Effler, age 39, of Marion, was arrested for larceny and second degree trespassing. She received a $1,500 secured bond.
  • Megan Leigh Lussier, age 27, of S. Magnolia St. in Forest City, was cited for second degree trespassing. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Timothy Dale Vise, age 18, of Springfield Dr. in Forest City, was cited for second degree trespassing. He received a written promise to appear.
