Incidents
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of trafficking methamphetamine, possession of heroin, possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • An employee of Baymont Inn reported an incident of attempted breaking and entering.
  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.
  • Russell Collins reported an incident of larceny.
  • An employee of Alliance Insurance Group reported an incident of damage to property.

Arrests

  • James Taylor Elliott, age 24, of N. Meridian St. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $25 cash bond.

  • Christy Marie Mashburn, age 45, of Nolan Rd. in Mooresboro, was arrested for trafficking methamphetamine, possession of heroin, possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $50,500 secured bond.
  • Dezeree Jessica Truelove, age 27, of E. Glendale Dr. in Mount Holly, was arrested on a warrant for larceny. She received a $21,000 secured bond.
  • Christopher Lee Davis, age 27, of Guffey Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for larceny. He received a $500 secured bond.
