Incidents
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of disorderly conduct.
  • Christy Mashburn reported an incident of identity fraud.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule IV.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine, possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests
  • Archie Otis Thompkins, age 45, of Asheville, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $500 unsecured bond.
  • Jamie Daryl Wishon, age 27, of Hill St. in Forest City, was arrested for boisterous shouting. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Randy Leon Derexson, age 55, of Conner St. in Forest City, was cited for possession of schedule IV. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Amber Dawn Margraf, age 34, if Hines Rd. in Mooresboro, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $5,500 secured bond.
  • David Hoyle Ruppe, Jr., age 33, of Country Meadows Lane in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $51,000 secured bond.
