Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of driving while impaired, aid and abet DWI, possession of an open container in the passenger area and underage consumption of alcohol.
• Brittaney Hester reported an incident of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, larceny of a firearm and assault by pointing a gun.
• Tracy Slye reported an incident of a runaway juvenile.
• An employee of Hospice Resale reported an incident of damage to property.
• An employee of Butler's Pawn Shop reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses.
• Tracy Slye reported an incident of larceny.

Arrests

• Raekwon Malik Edward Kelly, age 24, Old Wagy Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
• Cynthia Trujillo, age 20, of Charlotte, was arrested for driving while impaired, possession of an open container in the passenger area and underage consumption of alcohol. She received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
• Rachel Claire Daigle, age 20, of Crestview St. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for aid and abet driving while impaired, possession of an open container in the passenger area and underage consumption of alcohol. She received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
