Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of driving while license revoked and resisting a public officer.
• William Ebnuedson reported an incident of lost property.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of second degree trespassing.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of driving while impaired, driving while license revoked and child abuse.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of assault and battery, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Arrests

• Christopher Issiah Whiteside, age 38, of Dogwood Lane in Forest City, was arrested for driving while license revoked and resisting a public officer. He received a $2,500 secured bond.
• David Lee Hart, age 58, of Hamilton St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He received a written promise to appear.
• Brandy Michelle Moore, age 37, of Amity Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for driving while impaired, driving while license revoked and child abuse. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
• Deshae Monique Jones, age 30, of Hamilton St. in Forest City, was arrested for simple assault, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. She received a $7,000 secured bond.
• Craig Thomas Braemer,age 57, of Morganton, NC, was served with a criminal summons for failure to work after being paid. No bond.
• Christopher Taylor King, age 27, of Piney Mtn. Church Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested on a warrant for second degree trespassing. He received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
