Incidents

  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of driving while impaired.
  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.
  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule III and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of a dog bite.

 

Arrests

  • Brandon Scott Powell, age 37, of Iron Station, NC, was arrested for driving while impaired. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Seth Adam Metcalf, age 41, of Pickens, SC, was cited for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Jason Allen Thompson, age 39, of Brooks Rd. in Bostic, was arrested for second degree trespassing. He received a $6,500 secured bond.
  • Travis Matthew Smith, age 28, of US Hwy 221S in Rutherfordton, was arrested for second degree trespassing. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Robert Charles Alstad, age 59, of Doggett Rd. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Melvon Deliek Evans, age 23, of MD Blanton Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • Transito Ernesto Reyes Guzman, age 37, of Hall St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for assault on a female. He received a 48 hour hold.
  • Randy Harrison Pruett, age 34, of Harmon Rd. in Ellenboro, was cited for second degree trespassing. He received a written promise to appear.
