Incidents

  • Celine Vasquez reported an incident of identity theft.
  • An officer from the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of forgery and attempt to obtain property by false pretenses.
  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.
  • An officer from the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine, possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia.

 

Arrests

  • Charles Brandon Smith, age 38, of Wilson Dr. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for failure to work after being paid. No bond.
  • Kelsey Elese Walker, age 24, of Kenwood Trail in Ellenboro, was arrested for forgery and attempt to obtain property by false pretenses. She received a $10,000 secured bond.
  • Kayli Anne Stafford, age 21, of Whiteside Rd. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Derrick Thomas Rush, age 31, of Tisdale St. Ext. in Ellenboro, was arrested for possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine, possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $15,000 secured bond.
