Incidents

• An officer from the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of a firearm by a felon and failure to appear.
• Sierra Bradley reported an incident of larceny.
• An officer from the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of malicious conduct by a prisoner.
• An officer from the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of an animal bite.
• An employee of Hampton Inn reported an incident of passing a counterfeit bill.
• Fay Spicer reported an incident of lost/stolen property.

Arrests

• Kyle Kevin Whitley, age 34, of Dixie Trail in Forest City, was arrested for possession of a firearm by a felon. He received a $25,000 secured bond.
• Juan Cortez, age 35, of US Hwy 221 S in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $12,000 secured bond.
• Kimberly Michelle Prince, age 35, of Long St. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for malicious conduct by a prisoner. She received a $30,000 secured bond.
