Incidents

  • An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of larceny by price substitution, possession of schedule I, possession of schedule II, possession of schedule III, resisting arrest, trespassing and warrant service.
  • An employee of Enterprise Rental reported an incident of found property.
  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.
  • An employee of State Employee's Credit Union reported an incident of attempting to obtain property by false pretenses.
  • Stacey Shade reported an incident of larceny.

 

Arrests

  • Kimberly Ann Clark, age 32, of Pete Place Rd. in Mooresboro, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and also charged with larceny by price substitution, possession of schedule I, possession of schedule II, possession of schedule III, resisting arrest and trespassing.
  • Ayeisha Mercedes Hamilton, age 33, of Maple St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $500 unsecured bond.
  • Ronald Calvin Locklear, age 51, of Hardin Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for second degree trespassing. He received a $500 unsecured bond.
