Incidents

  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI, possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests

  • Jennifer Nicole Hensley, age 35, of Harris Henrietta Rd. in Mooresboro, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Matthew Allen Taylor, age 32, of Pine St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for simple assault, injury to real property and injury to personal property. He received a custody release.
  • Ricky Leroy Carnes, age 47, of Kings Mountain, was arrested on a warrant for assault on a female. He received a 48 hour hold.
  • Brittany Nicole Putman, age 29, of Womack Lake Rd. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Brandy Brooke McCann, age 41, of Lavender Rd. in Ellenboro, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Tosha Lee Crain, age 29, of Parris Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for larceny. She received a $6,500 secured bond.
  • Issac Matthew Bumgardner, age 33, of E. Main St. in Forest City, was cited for possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Sonny James Hannebohn, age 30, of Forest City, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Walter William Walker, Jr., age 56, of Engineer Rd. in Bostic, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $4,000 secured bond.
