Incidents

  • Jean Ervin reported an incident of possession of assault on a female.
  • An employee of RBO Auto Sales reported an incident of larceny.
  • An employee of Forest City Honda reported an incident of larceny.

 

Arrests

  • Joey Lee Wellborn, age 48, of Oakland Rd. in Forest City, was cited for driving while impaired, driving while license revoked and also served with a notice of hearing for violation of unsupervised probation. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Billy Joe Ervin, age 61, of Hudlow Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for driving while impaired and assault on a female. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
