Arrests

  • Elizabeth Horne Hansley, age 49, of Bostic Sunshine Hwy. in Bostic, was arrested for breaking and entering into a motor vehicle and larceny after breaking and entering. She received a $20,000 secured bond.
  • Daniel Elias Guijosa, age 45, of N. Meridian St. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for driving while impaired, speeding and open container after consuming. He received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
