  • Timothy Tutt reported an incident of simple assault.
  • Shanelle Hines reported an incident of credit card fraud.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of misdemeanor child abuse.

 

Arrests

  • Chanda Lynn Obispo, age 40, of California, was arrested for driving while impaired.
  • Milo Jamemel Henderson, age 37, of Hickory, NC, was cited for second degree trespassing. He received a written promise to appear.
