Incidents

  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of drug paraphernalia.

 

Arrests

  • Stephanie Louise Pitts, age 34, of Landrum, SC, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $500 unsecured bond.
  • Billy Shelton Trotter, age 46, of Clay St. in Forest City, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
