Arrests

  • James Adam Gettys, age 32, of Golf St. in Forest City, was arrested for larceny of a motor vehicle, possession of a stolen vehicle and obtaining property by false pretense. He received a $45,000 secured bond.
  • Lydia Kaye Fowler, age 35, of Oakland Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for breaking and entering and larceny. She received a $50,000 secured bond.
  • Terry Dale Short, Jr., age 42, of Duke St. in Forest City, was arrested for second degree trespassing. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Milo Jamemel Henderson, age 38, of Hickory, NC, was arrested for assault on a female and damage to property. He received a 48 hour hold.
  • Hope Keyonia Flack, age 22, of Seitz Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for simple assault. She received a 48 hour hold.
  • Christopher Conley Davis, age 45, of Hudlow Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for non-support of a child and also charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
  • Alvin Dewayne Moore, Jr., age 37, of Hardin Rd. in Forest City, was cited for second degree trespassing. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Lakelia Ann Dickey, age 36, of Shelby, was arrested for first degree burglary, larceny after breaking and entering and larceny. She received a $53,000 secured bond.
  • Keoshia Rashaudda Rudisill, age 25, of Duke St. in Forest City, was arrested for first degree burglary, larceny after breaking and entering, possession of methamphetamine, damage to property, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of an open container in the passenger area, and also served with warrants for probation violation and failure to appear. She received a $71,000 secured bond.
  • Joshua Darin Tipton, age 29, of Silvers Lake Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for assault on a female. He received a 48 hour hold.
