  • Billy Charles Wilson II, age 53, of Oakland Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for driving while impaired, failure to reduce speed and fail to comply to license restriction. He received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
  • Crystal Dale Sams, age 21, of W. Liberty Street in Forest City, was arrested for possession schedule VI, possession of schedule IV, possession of schedule II and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $1,500 secured bond.
  • Claudishu Ann Miller, age 33, of Mountain View Street in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for second degree trespass, stalking and damage to property. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Delaine Byrum, age 36, of W. Main Street in Forest City, was arrested for driving while impaired, resist arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine and served with an order for arrest. She received a $6,500 unsecured bond.

  • Kaylee Marie Piercy, age 16, of Spring Creek Drive in Forest City, was arrested for larceny and possession of marijuana.

  • Jeffrey Scott Toms, age 48, of Perennial Garden Ln. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for aid and abet larceny and aid and abet attempted larceny. He received a $1,500 secured bond.
  • Jonathan Wayne Trimmer, age 27, of Hardin Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for solicitation of alms. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • Kimberly Leanne Kerr, age 32, of Johnson Rd. in Columbus, was arrested for larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $500 secured bond.
