  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of soliciting alms. (See arrests of Mathis and Youngblood)

Arrests
  • Holly Joanna Mathis, age 27, of Carpi Park in Ellenboro, was arrested for soliciting alms. She received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
  • Heliana Jane Youngblood, age 35, of US Hwy 74 Business in Ellenboro, was arrested for soliciting alms. She received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
