Incidents

• An employee of Ingles reported an incident of larceny. (See arrest of Jugar)
• Alicia Cooper reported an incident of fraud.
• Erica Wyatt reported an incident of assault on a female.

Arrests

• Phillip Mitchell Juga, age 53, of Bellvue Street in Forest City, was cited for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
• Haley Summers Ammons, age 23, of Carrs Court in Mooresboro, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
