Incidents

  • An employee of Ingles reported an incident of larceny. (See arrest of Stone)

  • Angela Beck reported an incident of a missing person.

  • Amy Doggett reported an incident of fraud.

  • Tamara Landrum reported an incident of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

  • April Greene reported an incident of assault. (See arrest of Hines)

  • William Dalton reported an incident of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle.

  • An employee of Walmart reported an incident of larceny. (See arrests of Wolford and Green)

Arrests

  • Christina Terry Braun, age 38, of St. John Zion Rd. in Rutherfordton, was served with a criminal summons for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.

  • David Howard James Jr, age 37, of Kent Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $5,000 secured bond.

  • Adam Christopher McGinnis, age 28, of US Hwy 221A in Forest City, was arrested for possession of schedule II and probation violation. He received a $25,000 secured bond.

  • Debbie Ray Stone, age 48, of Stoney Point Rd. in Shelby, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.

  • Rebekah Prince Greene, age 27, of Long St. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for child abuse. She received a $3,000 secured bond.

  • Christopher Byion Hines, age 30, of Cresent Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for assault on a female. He received a 48 hour hold.

  • Charles Steven Ferguson II, age 30, of NC Hwy 120 in Mooresboro, was arrested on a warrant for larceny. He received a $500 secured bond.

  • Jeanette Katheryne DeTetta, age 45, of Willow Run Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $500 secured bond.

  • Robert Lewis Sheppard, age 20, of Duke St. in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for assault on a female and larceny. He received a $1,000 secured bond.

  • Victoria Elizabeth Wolford, age 19, of Aqua Dr. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.

  • Kylia Jade Green, age 19, of McKinney Mill Rd. in Ellenboro, was cited for aid and abet larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
