Incidents

  • An employee of Game Haven reported an incident of breaking and entering and larceny.
  • Jeffery Walker reported an incident of larceny of a motor vehicle.
  • Steven Davis reported an incident of an animal bite.
  • Justin Rumfelt reported an incident of larceny of a motor vehicle.

Arrests
  • Jessica Lauren Pritchard, age 28, of Hollis Rd. in Ellenboro, was cited for possession of marijuana. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Roberto Martinez, age 28, of Doc Wiseman Rd. in Mooresboro, was arrested for DWI, driving while license revoked and habitual DWI. He received a $2,000 secured bond.
  • Edward Eugene Lyles, age 38, of Spindale, was arrested on a warrant for possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $1,500 secured bond.
  • John Albert Miller, age 35, of Melody Lane in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $2,000 secured bond.
  • Dionna Shareil Logan, age 23, of S. Church St. in Forest City, was cited for giving alcohol to a person under the age of 21. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Megan Taylor Jones, age 18, of Stonecutter St. in Spindale, was cited for possession of a malt beverage by a person under the age of 19. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Edward Andrew Gonzales, age 40, of Poplar St. in Forest City, was arrested for second degree trespass. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • Brandy Nicole Wilson, age 32, of Willow Run Drive in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $1,500 secured bond.
  • Ana Rosa Rodriquez Rivera, age 59, of Pan St. in Tryon, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Kevin Lamont Logan, age 42, of Paxton Dr. in Rutherfordton, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
