• Amber Jennings reported an incident of assault on a female.
• Karina Byers reported an incident of damage to property.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of damage to property and resisting a public officer. (See arrest of Hill)
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of synthetic cannabinoid and overdose.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of fraud.

Arrests

• Devanta Marquers Hill, age 23, of Brock Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for damage to property and resisting a public officer. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
