Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of driving while impaired. (See arrest of Cureton)
• An employee of Dollar General reported an incident of larceny. (See arrest of Fisher)
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. (See arrest of Fisher)
• An employee of the Town of Forest City reported an incident of larceny of power.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana. (See arrest of Green)
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule II controlled substance.

Arrests

• Brandon Heath Fisher, age 27, of Cedar St. Ext. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for larceny, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $9,000 secured bond.
• Elaine Walker Cureton, age 37, of Ravenwood St. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for driving while impaired. She received a custody release.
• Amanda Makeinze Green, age 18, of S. Broadway St. in Forest City, was cited for possession of marijuana. She received a written promise to appear.
