Incidents

• Paul Watkins reported an incident of an animal bite.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia. (See arrest of Watkins)
• Bethany Gordon reported an incident of larceny.
• Sherena Suttle reported an incident of assault on a female.

Arrests

• Stephen Deland Watkins, age 30, of Old Plank Rd. in Shelby, was arrested for possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $500 secured bond.
