• An employee of B.L.T. Thrift Shop reported an incident of damage to property.
• Glenn Ludwig reported an incident of credit card fraud and larceny of a credit card.
• An employee of Speedway reported an incident of found property.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of common law robbery, aggravated assault, assault on a handicapped person, assault and battery, damage to personal property and resisting arrest. (See arrest of Ford)

Arrests

• Jonathan Padilla Cervantes, age 18, of Willow Run Drive in Forest City, was arrested for underage consumption of alcohol. He received a custody release.
• Mona Lisa Arrowood, age 41, of S. Broadway St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for providing tobacco to an inmate. She received a written promise to appear.
• Robert Alfred Black III, age 36, of Crowe Dairy Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for resisting a public officer and on warrants for failure to appear for driving while license revoked, stop sign violation and probation violation. He received a $15,500 secured bond.
• Nikki Nichole Greene, age 26, of Elms Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for assault and battery and larceny.
• Edward Andrew Gonzales, age 40, of Poplar St. in Forest City, was arrested for violation of a release order. He received a $10,000 secured bond.
• Mary Catherine Levesque, age 41, of S. Church St. in Forest City, was arrested for assault and battery.
• Beverly Blackwell Henson-Hick, age 57, of E. Main St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $940 secured bond.
• Orlando Ford, age 35, of Hardin Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for common law robbery, aggravated assault, assault on a handicapped person, assault and battery, damage to personal property and resisting arrest. He received a $30,000 secured bond.
