Incidents
  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny. (See arrests of Logan and Hairston-Scott)
  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretense. (See arrest of Elias)
  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of concealment of merchandise, second degree trespassing and possession of marijuana. (See arrest of Dupree)

Arrests
  • Ricardo Jose Flores, age 39, of Stoneybrook Drive in Forest City, was cited for possession of an open container in the passenger area. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Mona Yvette Hairston-Scott, age 45, of S. Oak St. in Hendersonville, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Alicia Harriett Logan, age 24, of S. Oak St. in Hendersonville, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Estella Mariea Elias, age 33, of Pineknoll Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for obtaining property by false pretense. She received a $10,000 secured bond.
  • Darlena Wright Dupree, age 59, of Golden Oaks Lane in Ellenboro, was arrested for concealment of merchandise, second degree trespassing and possession of marijuana. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
